What the grades mean
Unopened and like-new look exactly like new stock; good and fair carry visible wear. "Box damaged" is about the packaging, not the item.

1. Is it really cheaper than new? 2. When was it last checked? 3. What grade is it? 4. What are the return terms? A listing with one unit left disappears fast.
